Friday, October 5th - 1 (D). 10 minute warm-up and stretch. 2 (E). Easy 20-25 minute run at 70% - 80%. 3 (F). Stretch.
Saturday, October 6th - 1 (D & A). 10 minute warm-up and stretch. 2 (E). Try to do some up hill running for 10-15 minutes. Repeat the hills if it is short. 3 (F). 10 minute easy jog.
Sunday, October 7th - DAY OFF!
Monday, October 8th - 1 (D). 10 minute warm-up and stretch. 2 (E). 20-30 minute speed run. 1 minute FAST, 1 minute jog. 3 (F). 10 minute easy jog and stretch.
